No Returns
We do not accept returns for refund for regular merchandise items. However, see below for exchange options:

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If you item is faulty or damaged we require that you notify us via e-mail at: within 48h of delivery.

If an exchange request is accepted, items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original packaging/tags. You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with returning the item(s).

Exchanges can only be made for items of equal value. All sale/discount/promo items as well as posters or stickers will not be exchangeable unless we made a mistake with the shipment or the product is faulty/damaged.

Sale Items: 

All sale items are FINAL. No returns. Exchanges will only be permitted for faulty items/damaged items.
